Before knowing the new proposal lets look on the previous one
1) A centralized Bank account for all the batches and all the transactions takes place through the same.
2)The executive body will include representatives members from all batches and they will take decision based on the ideas they put from their batch in executive meeting.
3)A general body meeting will occur at the end of financial year, all the members has to attend, and the decision will be taken based on the majority's opinion.
4)Membership can be taken by any alumni(min age 18) with the membership fee of 100 and it has to be renewed every year.
5)All other payments has to be taken as donation.
6)To run an executive meeting a minimum of 5 of the total members has to be present or send an authorization if they are unable to present for inevitable reason,posts will be renewed every 3 years.
1)A centralized Bank account in which we'll just keep the money collected from 10th passout batch(50rs each) towards the alumni and that money will be released for their batch bank account when they reach 18 years of age and some of their batchmates come forward to represent their batch.
2)Every batch will have an separate bank account through which all the transaction of the money spent by batch members will be executed.
Every withdrawal from the batch account will be done only through cheques, and it has to be approved/signed by Principal,Headmistress,president of school and any two of the batchmates(who all are given authorization).
3)Power of transaction of money in their batch will be within the batch itself and they will be responsible for the transactions through it.
4)there will be one
LEGISLATIVE BODY:
It will include two representatives from each batch they will bring the whole batch idea's in meeting and the responsibilities will be shared among batches,They will make the decision and the batch members will be responsible for all transactions,the posts will be reformed every year.
EXECUTIVE BODY:
It will include one representatives from each batch,they'll be having no powers,their role is to execute the decisions taken by the legislative body,Expand the batches,the posts will be reformed every year.
5)membership will be for once and there will be no renewal of it yearly and the membership payed by the alumni will go directly to the respective batch account.if one has to make a donation he has to do it for the respective and execute it only through their batch account and no donations to be made to central account.
This will make every transaction transparent and all can discuss with their batch-mates and it will be trust-worthy.
All other's will remain same as previous one
